The important German weekly magazine Die Woche (The Week) covered newsworthy events in Berlin and throughout Germany and often carried advertising for upscale products for its upscale audience. This is a Sondernummer or Special Edition of Die Woche on Benito Mussolini’s Fascist Italy, dated 5 August 1932, just a few months before the Nazis came to power in Germany. The oversized 9-3/4 x 12-5/8 inch magazine has 44 heavily illustrated pages and a striking cover featuring a saluting Fascist Italian Balilla boy.
